Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) Assay Kit is an assay kit for the detection and quantification of Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and cell culture supernatants using a spectrophotometer. Hydrogen peroxide can react with ammonium molybdate to form a yellow complex which has a maximum absorption peak at 405 nm. H2O2 content can be calculated by measuring the absorbance value at 405 nm.
