Pyrimethamine-[d3] is the labelled analogue of Pyrimethamine. Pyrimethamine can be used with leucovorin to treat toxoplasmosis and cystoisosporiasis. It is also used with dapsone as a second line option to prevent Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia in people with HIV/AIDS.
