Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGF9); Fab Fragment
Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp120. HGF9 can bind to Env proteins from clades A, AE, AG, B, BC, C, D and F. It cross-competed with mAbs HR10 and HGA9 for binding to gp120. HGF9 neutralized 4/20 isolates in the HOS-based assay, 1 Tier 1 and 3 Tier 2 isolates.
