SBP-7455

SBP-7455 is a dual inhibitor of ULK1 and ULK2 (ULK1/2). It has increased binding affinity for ULK1/2 compared to SBI-0206965, effectively inhibits ULK1/2 enzymatic activity in vitro and in cells, reduces TNBC cell viability, and is orally bioavailable in mice.
