Human Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2-512)
Recombinant human antibody to gp41. It was shown to be directed to the cluster IV of the MPER region of gp41. Its binding was not carbohydrate dependent. 2-512 neutralized 1/2 subtype B Tier 2 viruses, but only at high concentrations.
