Recombinant Mouse Antibody (57-2) Fab Fragment is specific to E2 (17beta-estradiol), expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). The antibody fragment recognizes a hydrophobic hapten 17 β-estradiol by buring it in a deep nonpolar cleft.
