Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2-301); scFv Fragment
Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. 2-301 was shown to have high affinity for gp140 but did not compete with b12 or CD4i Abs for binding to gp140. 2-301 neutralized 4/5 Tier 1 viruses but did not neutralize any of the Tier 2 viruses.
