Trametinib-[13C6]

Trametinib-[13C6] is a labelled version of Trametinib which is an anti-cancer drug. This a reversible inhibitor of mitogen-activated extracellular signal-regulated kinase (MEK1 and MEK2). Trametinib had good results for metastatic melanoma carrying the BRAF V600E mutation. Stable isotope labeled Trametinib is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of Trametinib by LC or GC-mass spectrometry.
