Recombinant human antibody Fab fragment to gp41. This antibody was classified as class B, and inhibits LAV mediated Env-mediated cell fusion with an IC50 of 40 +/- 10 ug/ml (the range for the 9 new Fabs was 6-61 ug/ml. It interacts with both 6-HB and trimeric N-HR.
