Afuco™ Anti-Human F2 ADCC Therapeutic Antibody (ichorcumab), ADCC Enhanced
Anti-F2 ADCC Enhanced Antibody (ichorcumab) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. Ichorcumab is a synthetic fully human IgG4 that binds with high affinity and specificity to the exosite 1 region on thrombin. Ichorcumab powerfully inhibits both venous and arterial thrombosis in preclinical models. Ichorcumab is at least as powerful an anticoagulant as approved drugs such as warfarin or the novel oral anticoagulants (NOACs).
