C57BL/6J-H2-DMaem1 Mouse
The H2-DMa gene is located on mouse chromosome 17. Six exons are identified, with the ATG start codon in exon 2 and the TGA stop codon in exon 6. Exon 2~6 will be selected as target site. Cas9 and gRNA will be co-injected into fertilized eggs for KO mouse production.
