Monopotassium phosphate

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate is one of the most important kinds of food phosphate in food additives, used as quality improver, fermentation accelerator, flavoring agent, buffer and used as leavening agent together with potassium dihydrogen phosphate. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate is also a kind of acidity regulator, using the principle of its buffer solution, reduce the pH fluctuation of the solution, its role is to control the pH of the beverage at the desired level.
