ODN INH-1 is created by adding a complementary strand of nucleotides generating a 24-mer ODN forming a complete palindrome. ODN INH-1 is a class R (''restrictive'') inhibitory ODN and is a potent inhibitor of TLR9-induced B cells and macrophages.
