DAB Chromogen Kit
DAB (3,3'-Diaminobenzine) is a widely used chromogen for immunohistochemical staining. In the presence of HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase), DAB produces a brown precipitate that is insoluble in ethanol. This kit is suitable for immunohistochemistry, immunoblot and dot blot applications. Each kit contains DAB Substrate (2 × 30 ml) and DAB Chromogen (3 ml).
