Gastrin I (human)
Gastrin I (human) is an endogenous peptide produced by stomach and it acts as a selective CCK2 receptor agonist. Gastrin I stimulates gastric acid secretion in vivo, and increases levels of cytosolic calcium in isolated rabbit stomach parietal cells (EC50 = 11 nM).
