Recombinant Anti-HIV-1 Vpr Intrabody [(D-Arg)9]
Recombinant anti-HIV-1 Vpr intrabody linked to (D-Arg)9 works within cells and specifically reacts with HIV-1 Vpr, expressed in CHO cells. It is able and specifically reacts with the HIV-1 regulatory Vpr protein in the cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells, leading to its delocalization from the nucleus to the cytoplasm.
