Explanation Antistine-Privine (Antazoline Sulfate) is a 1st generation antihistamine, with good anticholinergic properties. It is used to relieve nasal congestion and added in eye drops, usually in combination with naphazoline, to relieve the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis.
