Mouse Anti-HIV-1 gp160 Recombinant Antibody (clone CRA1 (CRA-1, CRA1(ARP 323))); scFv Fragment
Recombinant mouse antibody scFv fragment to gp160(461-470). This antibody does not neutralize JR-FL nor block gp120 interaction with CCR-5. The relative affinity for denatured/native gp120 is 24. It bound preferentially to denatured IIIB and SF2 gp120.
