Recombinant Anti-human ABL Intrabody [(D-Arg)9]
Recombinant anti-ABL intrabody linked to (D-Arg)9 works within cells and specifically reacts with human ABL, expressed in CHO cells. Inhibition of the BCR/ABL protein tyrosine kinase activity by the intrabody blocked BCR/ABL signal transduction pathway,reversed the effect of BCR/ABL on cell growth and apoptosis.
