Mouse Anti-APP Recombinant Antibody (clone c#6); scFv Fragment
This product is a recombinant Mouse antibody scFv Fragment that can recognize AβpE3. Antibody c#6 inhibits AβpE3-42 oligomer-induced neuronal death and improves behavioral performance of AβpE3–42-treated animals. Antibody c#6 exhibited high affinities for AβpE3-12 octamers (29.3 pm) and fibrils (3.75 pm).
