CHO-Ph-CONH-PEG12-amine
CHO-Ph-CONH-PEG12-amine is a small molecule PEG linker with a benzaldehyde moiety and a terminal amine NH2 group. The benzaldehyde can undergo reactions with primary amine groups. The primary amine can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and other carbonyl compounds. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous solutions.
