Recombinant Mouse Anti-JEV E protein Antibody Fab Fragment (E3.3)
Recombinant Mouse Antibody (E3.3) Fab Fragment is specific to JEV E protein, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). We have identified the neutralizing epitopes of the JEV domain III to its monoclonal antibody (mAb E3.3) by comparing NMR chemical shifts of the free(14kDa) and the antibody-bound (178 kDa) forms.
