Human Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone HGP172)
Recombinant human antibody to gp120. HGP172 can bind to Env proteins from clades A, AE, AG, and BC. It cross-competed with mAbs HJ16 and b12 for binding to gp120 and it showed partial inhibition of sCD4. HGP172 neutralized 4/20 isolates.
