Recombinant Anti-mouse PTEN Intrabody [Tat]
Recombinant anti-PTEN intrabody in fusion with HIV Tat works within cells and is directed against PTEN in T cells, expressed in CHO cells. The intrabody can modulate the expression and/or activity of PTEN in T cells, regulatory T cells, and CD4 T cells.
