Human Anti-Myeloma Protein Recombinant Antibody (clone NEW)
Recombinant Human Antibody (NEW) is capable of binding to Myeloma protein, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-Myeloma protein mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-Myeloma protein proteins mAb and CL of human light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. The three-dimensional structure of mAbNew described here exhibits better overall stereochemistry compared with the previous model and includes a number of changes in polypeptide-chain conformation, particularily in the third complementarity determining region (CDR3) and in the third framework region (FR3) of VH, and in several exposed loops of c, and CHI.
