Recombinant Mouse Antibody (2A8) Fab Fragment is specific to P. vivax P25, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). 2A8 binds a vertex of the Pvs25 triangle, making contacts with the B loop and central beta-strands of domain 2 using only its heavy-chain variable domain.
