Recombinant human antibody scFv fragment to gp120. 8ANC14 arises from IgVH1-24 and IgVK3-11 germline genes and neutralized 1/8 basic panel isolates, with IC50<50μg/ml and IC80<50μg/ml. 8ANC14 is not polyreactive and did not react with dsDNA, LPS, ssDNA and insulin.
