The monoclonal antibody 1424 is specific for nonstructural protein NS1 of parvovirus B19. Human MAb 1424 specifically reacts with a peptide (amino acid sequence: GGESSEELSESSFFLIT) which included amino acids 511 to 528 of NS1.
