Sparfosic acid
Sparfosic Acid is an inhibitor of aspartate transcarbamylase. Sparfosic acid synergistically enhances the cytotoxicity of a combination of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and interferon-alpha (IFN) against human colon cancer cell lines.
