Deaminase (Penicillium oryzae)
Deaminase is a class of biological enzymes that can hydrolyze nucleic acids into 5 nucleotides. It is obtained by deep fermentation of selected Penicillium oryzae, and then extracted by microfiltration, ultrafiltration and vacuum freeze-drying technology.
