Human Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Recombinant Antibody (clone 177)
Recombinant human antibody to gp41. 177 blocked transcytosis of primary R5 isolates from both B and C clades. 177 also neutralized macrophage infection of JR-CSF and 93BR029 strains with much higher potency compared to 2F5 MAb.
