Recombinant human antibody to gp41. This is a variant of 10E8, having no H chain/4 L chain framework mutations. 10E8-0fH/4fL had an ∼4-fold fold increase in potency, compared with the analogous variant with two H chain framework mutations (10E8-2fH/4fL).
