Recombinant Human Anti-HCMV gB Antibody Fab Fragment (SM5-1)
Recombinant Human Antibody (SM5-1) Fab Fragment is specific to HCMV gB, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). SM5-1 neutralizes HCMV either by blocking the pre- to postfusion transition of gB or by precluding the interaction with additional effectors such as the gH/gL complex.
