Bisphenol A Diglycidyl Ether-[d6]
Labelled Bisphenol A diglycidyl ether. BADGE is a PPARγ antagonist with selectivity over PPARδ and PPARα. It inhibits adipocyte differentiation, and induces apoptosis in cancer cells. BADGE also exhibits an inhibitory effect on TNF-α and induces F-actin depolymerization.
