The humanized anti-TNF-α monoclonal antibody has a good affinity to TNFα (KD = 0.5 pM) and can reduce inflammatory cells infiltration, pro-inflammatory cytokine release and inflamed dermal vessels. It can be potentially used in the treatment of psoriasis.
