Recombinant Anti-human CCR5 Intrabody [Tat]
Recombinant anti-CCR5 intrabody in fusion with HIV Tat works within cells and is directed against human CCR5, expressed in 293T cells. CCR5-intrabody efficiently blocked surface expression of human CCR5 and thus prevented cellular interactions with CCR5-dependent HIV-1 and simian immunodeficiency virus envelope glycoprotein.
