AEE-788

AEE-788 is an orally bioavailable multi-receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor. AEE788 inhibits tyrosine kinase phosphorylation of EGFR, HER2, and VEGF2, resulting in receptor inhibition, cell proliferation inhibition, and induction of apoptosis in tumor cells and tumor-associated endothelial cells.
