Umbralisib

Umbralisib is a highly specific, oral PI3K delta inhibitor that targets the delta isoform with nanomolar potency and is several-fold selective for the alpha, beta and gamma isomers of PI3K. Inhibition of PI3K delta signaling by Umbralisib has demonstrated potent activity in a number of preclinical models and in primary cells from patients with hematological malignancies.
