Mouse Anti-HIV-1 gp120 Recombinant Antibody (clone D27)
Recombinant mouse antibody to gp120. D27 is one of two MAbs labeled group Ca, that was type-specific for BH8 and D27 fully blocked CD4 binding, and the deletion of the V3 loop abrogated binding.
