Recombinant Mouse Anti-HBx Antibody scFv Fragment (KY-02)
The antibody KY02 is capable of specifically recognizing the X protein encoded by hepatitis B virus and can be specifically bound with amino acid sections 81-104 and does not generate specific reaction with other parts of the HBx protein, other HBV proteins, FLAG labels and human proteomes. The antibody KY02 can be applied to the immune detection and specific cell targetingaiming at the HBx protein, and the support is provided for the research and development of diagnosis and treatment methods of HBV infection and other relevant diseases.
