Human Anti-Testosterone Recombinant Antibody (clone TC-5)
The library was created by introducing diversity into the residues lining the proposed cavity of a previously described fluorescein-binding antibody fragment, FITC8. The hapten-specific antibody, TC-5, was obtained by screening the cavity library on testosterone.
