Recombinant Mouse Antibody (4-B8(8)/E9) scFv Fragment is specific to GA4, expressed in E. coli. We found from STD-NMR experiments in this study that the region Leu3-Trp5 of peptide SD is an important epitope for interaction with the mAb.
