Propargyl-PEG12-acid
Propargyl-PEG12-acid contains a propargyl group with a terminal carboxylic acid. Under the catalysis of copper, propargyl can react with azide-bearing compounds to form stable triazole compounds. The carboxylic acid can form amide bonds in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or DCC). It can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.
