Provided is a monoclonal human anti-EV71 virus neutralizing antibodies EV71FabK7. The antibody capable of specifically recognizing antigens EV71 virus particles, can be marked with the enzyme immunoassay in the range of EV71 and EV71 active functional anti-virus infection. Further, the antibody may be used in prevention and treatment of foot and mouth disease caused by EV71.
