Human Anti-GCGR Recombinant Antibody (clone mAb1)

Recombinant Human Antibody (mAb1) is capable of binding to GCGR, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-GCGR mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-GCGR proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. The entire ligand-binding cleft of the ECD is occupied by mAb1, where it blocks multiple residues that interact with glucagon.
