Pilaralisib
Pilaralisib, also known as XL147, is a class 1 PI3K kinase family inhibitor with potential anti-tumor activity. XL147 reversibly binds class 1 PI3K in an ATP-competitive manner, inhibiting the production of the second messenger phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate (PIP3) and the activation of the PI3K signaling pathway.
