Recombinant anti-CCNE1 intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells and specifically reacts with CCNE1, expressed in E. coli cells. Anti-cyclin E single-chain antibodiess (sFvs) are used to block cyclin E function in normal and breast cancer cells.
