Anti-Human HTRA1 Therapeutic Antibody
Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human HTRA1. This is an anti-HtrAl antibody for use as a medicament in treating age-related macular degeneration (wet or dry), geographic atrophy, diabetic retinopathy, retinopathy of prematurity, or polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy, for inhibiting degeneration of retinal or photoreceptor cells, or for inhibiting HtrAl protease activity in an eye.
