Silane-PEG-Azide, MW 2,000 is a PEGylation reagent with azido and triethoxysilane moieties. The azide can be used for copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with alkynes, DBCO and BCN. The triethoxysilane moiety is used for surface modification. The hydrophilic PEG linkers increase the water solubility properties of compounds in aqueous media.
