Nedosiran sodium
Nedosiran sodium is a GalNAc-dsRNA conjugate designed to inhibit production of the hepatic lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) enzyme. Nedosiran targets lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA) in hepatocytes via GalNAc-mediated delivery. It has been used to lower urinary oxalate levels in children 9 years of age and older and adults with primary hyperoxaluria type 1 (PH1) and relatively preserved kidney function.
